Own space

The time has come to choose a suitable place for a brewery which would unburden the brewer's household and which would provide space for a bigger brew stand. At the same time this new place should serve as home to all the experiments and provide new possibilities for establishing better technical support. Due to limited financial resources, the majority of the brewery equipment is home made for now. Enthusiasm and creativity form the core of brewery assets at the moment. The choice fell on a picturesque family house in the old town district which is currently not inhabited. The place is attractive because of many fruit trees which beautifully blossom in the spring but the house itself requires an immediate reconstruction. Focus during the first phase of reconstruction will be on premises where the brew stand is planned to be housed as well as on fermentation room and refrigerated storage.
