We are happy to come up with an article that is finally not just about mortar and concrete. In the meantime, we managed to complete the reconstruction of the interior of the brewery building, install and put into operation the production technology and complete the process of approval of the production facility by the authorities. We will look back at these activities and, for the sake of interest, publish a few articles with photos. Our first product, brewed on “big” technology, has matured, so we timidly filled it in kegs and bottles. We gave our creation to our friends to taste it and watched their response. Positive responses prevailed, which gave us that much-needed motivation to further struggle to turn a building on the verge of collapse into a fully functional craft brewery. We have, of course, also listened to the criticisms for which we are equally grateful, as critical opinions have the potential to move things forward and help us improve.
