The time has come to choose a suitable place for a brewery which would unburden the brewer's household and which would provide space for a bigger brew stand. At the same time this new place should serve as home to all the experiments and provide new possibilities for establishing better technical support. In late 2014 the brewery expanded its technology arsenal by a homemade gravity brewing stand with a capacity of 40 liters of beer. The brewing stand significantly contributed to production efficiency and also increased the volume of produced beer.

The first steps of Jajnekem Brewery were tentative but determined. The year was 2014. Tastes began to quietly combine in pots and buckets and slowly turned to magic golden fluid. Pantry was suddenly changed to malting and the kitchen became a brew house. As time went by, home brewing grew into a passion. A team of people began to form around temporary brewing equipment who were willing to sacrifice their time as well as funds for promoting the idea of their own brewery.
