Jajnekem Gemer Panic

Our IPA has 13 degrees and it is the first own initiative of our new brewmaster Yanchee. It turned out really famous. Thanks to the special malts used during its production it is slightly red in color. It also contains the addition of oatmeal which added a new dimension to its taste. It got a good dose of hops. Eight grams per liter is slowly panicking. However, panic should only be considered when the last keg is over.

Beer type: Red India Pale Ale - Unpasteurized, unfiltered, top-fermented, semi-dark barley beer
Ratio of all extracts in the wort before fermentation: 13%
Alcohol percentage by volume: 5.5%
Ingredients: Drinking water, Barley malt, Oatmeal, Hops, Brewer's yeast

Protect from frost and direct sunlight. Store upright in a cool and dark place at a temperature of +5 to +12 °C. Once opened, consume immediately.
