Jajnekem American Pale Ale
The beer brewed from pale ale malt, caramel malt and special melanoid malt, which guarantees a full body. It is significantly bitter thanks to a solid portion of four types of American hops. It is a beer for people who like highly hopped, extra bitter beers. It has a beautiful straw yellow, slightly turbid color. It is possible to recognize tropical fruits, lychees, junipers, and citrus fruits in its aroma. The taste is dominated by bitterness which is complemented by malty taste. Similar to its aroma, the different flavors of exotic fruits can be captured. The foam is thick but falls faster as the beer is of low grade and has a lower alcohol content, only at the level of 3,9 percent. It is therefore possible, unlike IPA-styles, to drink it at will.
